This website is for Juliette Peterson’s art and ceramics. There are no advertising pixels, newsletter subscriptions or analytics installed.
When you get in touch
The enquiry form asks for your name, email and message. For a commission, you can choose to include reference photographs and details about your idea. Please only share information and images needed for the conversation.
Accepted enquiries are stored privately in Cloudflare D1. Reference photographs are checked, converted to WebP and stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. They aren’t added to the public gallery. Cloudflare Images processes the photographs, and Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form from abuse. Short-lived, hashed network identifiers and counters support rate limits.
Resend sends an owner notification. The email includes your name, reply address, message and any optional written details, plus an enquiry reference. Image retrieval requires owner authentication. A confirmation on screen means the website has stored your enquiry; it does not confirm arrival in an email inbox. Automatic emails to visitors are disabled.
How your information is used
Your enquiry is used to respond to you and discuss your request. No customer account is created. Form text stays in memory in your browser while you complete it; it isn’t saved to browser storage. Reloading or leaving the page can lose an unfinished draft.
Keeping and deleting information
Enquiries and reference photographs are kept in the website’s active storage for 180 days from receipt. Scheduled cleanup removes expired messages from the active D1 database and their photographs from private R2 storage. Failed deletions are retried.
This cleanup does not delete emails already delivered to Juliette, downloaded copies or provider recovery history. Those copies have separate retention and deletion arrangements. In particular, Cloudflare’s database recovery history can retain a deleted database record during its recovery window. Please contact Juliette about copies held outside the active website storage.

Service providers and external links
Cloudflare provides hosting, storage, image processing and abuse protection. Resend provides notification delivery. Messages forwarded from the public email address go to the owner’s Microsoft Outlook mailbox. These providers may process information internationally under their own terms.
Instagram opens only when you follow a link. No Instagram feed or social tracking widget is embedded. Turnstile runs only when a configured enquiry form needs its security check; it may process browser and connection signals under Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
